Buckner Town Hall

We strive to make the rental process as easy as possible!  You can check out the calendar to see if your date is available.  If it is, and you are ready to book, you can call or text Melissa at (844) 444-7361.

To get your event booked, please select the date you want and the time frame for your event.  To create your contract, we need your First and Last Name, Mobile number and email address.  You will be emailed a contract through Square.  You can sign it electronically.

Your contract will indicate the dates your payments are due.  Two weeks before your due dates, you will get an invoice for the deposit and rental fee.  You can pay online, through the invoice itself with a debit or credit card or with Cash App.  You can also mail a check to Buckner Town Hall, PO Box 55, Buckner MO 64016.

The system will automatically send you reminders so don't worry about trying to remember when the payments are due.

The week before your event, you will get another email from Square with the instructions on how to access the building.  There is a key box on the front door, which has the key to open the door.  You will be sent a passcode to open the key box.  After your event is over, you will lock the front door and leave the key back in the key box.
